Hi
I'm new. I haven't started my diet yet, but I'm leaning heavily towards Atkins because I used it before and it worked really well. My only concern is that although I felt more healthy than I'd ever felt before when I was following Atkins, I didn't really learn healthy eating, which is why I've got into the state I'm in now. Any ideas? Thanks, Kira.
