Forgive me Father for I have sinned! I have not blogged since June 2, 2008! Time flies when you're struggling to try and make a living in the current economic wasteland! It's not that I haven't thought about it, as I was stuffing my face with pork products... Really, I have thought about it a lot. And now, you say, why now? Well, I guess I can attribute my newfound enthusiasm and overcome inertia to good old day light savings. Spring is in the air, and let's face it, it's much harder to hide the fat now.

Another reason I have a sudden surge of motivation is that I am going on a much needed getaway to San Diego, CA with my boyfriend Paul. We are leaving in exactly two weeks! Two weeks! So you say, what diet will give you results in two weeks? I thought you'd never ask... The Fat Flush Diet Plan of course! I am also going to the gym, starting today. My workout schedule is going to be every day. Every day I will do some type of exercise. I am going to modify the FF Plan a bit because of the exercise I will be doing. Quite honesty I think I will need to add some carbs in the morning on the days I go to the gym.

Here are some of the obstacles I see...

1. Sweets - although I have been ok today

2. Energy - with the lower calorie/carb diet I am hoping I will have enough energy to workout everyday

3. Organization - in order to maintain this type of diet you have to be prepared, meals, snacks, etc.. all need to be planned in advance

4. Late night eating - i usually get hungry right before bedtime and that's probably the worst time for me to eat. i'm hoping the Long Life Cocktail will fill me up!

5. Beer - i'm sure they haven't invented a no carb beer, right? This is going to be a tough one!

I will keep you posted on my progress! You will most likely see more Fat Flush recipes.
